Tant - Its transparent saree. Tant means handloom in Bengali. Tant sarees are crisp muslin like finish with elaborate pallos and is incorporated with threadwork borders. They are light and appropriate for hot and humid summers of West Bengal.

Jamdanies - Its light and transparent handloom saree. Different type of colors and patterns are its unique feature. Styles like flowers, tribal geometry and peacocks are the most popular ones. Jamdanies are particularly hailed in transparent handloom cotton saree.

Shantipuri - The "Shantipuri" sarees are named after the small village "Shantipur" in Nadia District of West Bengal. These saree have a very fine soft and smooth texture.

Garad silk - These sarees are famous for pooja, festivals or anything auspicious. They consist of plain red borders set against a natural ground with off white, cream, and white as common. These saree are crafted with self zari work to give it a grace.

Kanthas work - derived from the Bengali word "naksha" which refers to artistic patterns. The sarees are hand-embroidered with different designs and prints like animal prints, ancient civilization, history, trees, flowers etc.
