With new tools we can learn how to shift our thinking out of limit, out of being small, into the field of limitless possibility by knowing we are an instrument of the divine mechanic and are all capable. This is empowerment rather than self improvement as it teaches us to activate the untapped reservoir of who we are. We are never less than, just possibly misplaced in our understanding of self, value, and worth. To know and learn new tools is the way to formulate spiritual growth and spiritual growth is the directive of the new paradigm. It is an unfolding of your divine truth and intrinsic nature on a whole new level... this is spiritually awakening you as you already are in the new era of experiencing being you.

Private Pilot Questions Guide

The Federal Aviation Administration has an extensive data base of private pilot questions. Ground schools will cover the material required to pass the written and oral tests that are part of the private pilot licensing process. The tests are multiple choice tests varying from 30 to 60 questions each. Each question has three choices for the answer of which only one is correct. The tests allow for 2 ½ to 3 minutes for each test question. Quite adequate for a proficient English reader.

In the oral exam you are likely to get questions relating to flight situations. The examiner will be trying to assess your flight readiness before he gets into the airplane with you. The written test requires you to answer at least 70% of the questions correctly in order to pass. Once you get to the oral and flight test, your probability of passing is very high. Ninety percent of all people taking the flight test pass on their first attempt. The last time the FAA's Knowledge Test Guide was updated was in 2008. Traditionally, selling commission in most North American markets through MLS have been between 5% an 6% of the sale price. Till the advent of internet, the information on properties, their values, taxes and other factors that affect the values were available only through real estate brokerages who kept and maintained the databases of such valuable information. Brokerages charged a fair price for providing access to such information and selling a property through MLS.

Then the era of free and easy access to information began, internet was in vogue. This also brought in the Flat Fee MLS service in vogue. Though, flat fee MLS service has been around for several decades, its share of the total real estate market was very low. Lately with consumers becoming more concerned about the cost of selling, Flat Fee MLS listing has caught the attention of the public and media.

To really understand selling through MLS, one must know and understand how the process works. When you hire a Real Estate Brokerage to put your property for sale through the multiple listing service, the Real Estate Brokerage becomes the listing Brokerage / Agent of your property.

The information about your properly is processed through the MLS system. All members of the real estate board have access to the MLS system. When a member of the real estate board, acting through the MLS system, brings an offer and the property is sold, he is called a Cooperating Broker.

The fee / commission that you pay for selling is split between the two brokerages, traditionally on a 50/50 basis.

Flat FEE MLS refers to the commission of the Listing Broker, who offers MLS services for a Flat Fee. Flat Fee means, that Listing broker's fee is not a percentage of the selling price, it is fixed. Though the cooperating brokerage can also work on a flat fee, in the current context of Flat Fee, we are only discussing Flat Fee for the Listing Brokerage. By hiring only those services that you need, you can cut out the waste and save on the costs of selling. In a nutshell there are several business models offering you different MLS packages to save you money.

Don't let anyone discourage you from exploring the different options to save money. Also use your own wisdom, there are people, some with vested interests, who will tell you that using a Flat Fee MLS service will not work. Never mind them and their ignorant talk.

There is no glory in paying more for a MLS listing, for that matter there is no glory in paying more for ANY thing, when you can get the same for less!

Saving money on MLS listing does not mean that you need to compromise your financial interests. Don't go for the lowest price, go for the best value and that may be the middle of the road approach.

Once you decide to explore other options for a MLS listing, compare agent's resumes; look for their education, training, status in the real estate industry, their experience and expertise. Check their credentials on the net by typing their names in the Google search box. The agents who do not show up in the search results, for all matters, do not exist. Go with the ones, who pass these tests. You may think that you do not need their help or expertise; however, if the situation arises and you need expert advice, it will be too late. How Much to Water Our Indoor Plants?

How do we know how much water is enough or too much for our plants? The overall health of our plants is determined largely by the proper amount of water they receive. If they do not get enough, they will wilt and collapse. If they get too much, the roots will rot and the plant will eventually die. Also, the plants needs will change with each new season.

Plants will actually tell you, by certain signals, how they are doing. So, it is important that we watch closely for those signs before it is too late.

* If the leaves are turning yellow, and soil is dry, the plant is calling for water.
* If the leaves are turning brown and moist, and the soil smells sour, it is too wet.
* If the soil stays wet, and the plant is dying off, it probably has root rot.

When a plant has the proper moisture level, it will have firm and vibrant colored foliage. The leaves will be gravitating toward the light source, and they will generally feel cool to the touch.

Plants that lack sufficient moisture will be limp and dull in color, and will feel warm to the touch. However,they can also look like this if their roots are rotted, because they are unable to draw up water.

There are a few ways to test the moisture level in a plant:

* The first would be to use your finger (if you don't mind getting dirt under your nails). This works best with smaller plants because you have to go about 1/3 of the way down into the soil.
* Test the weight of the plant. If you can lift the plant very easily, it is probably dry. Try lifting the same plant after watering it to judge the difference.
* Soil Probes are metal, or plastic rods with several notches in them which, when inserted deep into the soil, will pull out soil samples. You just feel the dirt to tell how wet or dry it is. Soil dries out unevenly in potted plants, so you should extract soil from different areas around the plant before deciding how much to water.
* Moisture Meters will tell you to what degree the moisture level is at. It has a metal probe which you insert deep into the soil. At the top of the probe is a scale which registers the moisture level. This is pretty accurate in telling you when it is time to water, except for certain soil types and high pH levels.

There is no set way to check the moisture level of plants. Some ways are better than others for different plant situations. Use a combination of methods to determine what works best for each plant.

Keep alert for the signals that the plant is giving you, and do a little exploring to find the cause of any problems, and you'll be able to make the correct watering decisions.

Radio - Software Defined

As the name itself suggests, software defined radio systems (SDRs) are nothing but the radio communication systems where some software will be implemented with the help of PCs to make two way radio communication possible. There will be no more irritating circuits consisting of some typical wires and other stuff employed in software defined radio systems. As you know, in traditional radio communication circuits, you will of course find some major components such as mixers, filters, amplifiers, modulators, demodulators, detectors etc. There are also some sorts of advancement witnessed in the field of radio technology when software defined radio systems came into existence.

Here, an antenna is attached with an analog-to-digital converter in order to act as an ideal receiver. The converter is later interpreted by the digital processor of signal. It is then the stream of data is transformed by the software with the help of converter. In fact, this is the same in case of the traditional radio communication systems, where a stream of numbers is generated by the digital processor of signal. Later, the analog-to-digital converter, which is attached with an antenna, will receive the data. To be more specific, all that the SDR consists is an analog-to-digital-converter, sound card and of course a computer. The processing of radio signals are carried out by the general processors rather than using some hardware for special purpose. This design is well equipped to produce a radio, which can transmit as well as receive the radio signals with the help of different software allotted for some specific purposes.

The SDR is widely employed in the cell phone services and in military academies, as they need to be served with a wide variety of radio protocols. The SDR technology is said to be one of the most advanced technologies in the field of radio communication. This is also the only system that enables the cognitive radio. The variable frequency oscillators, filters as well as mixer are utilized by most of the receivers for tuning the signal desired into a baseband or intermediate frequency. This is where the analog-to-digital converter interprets the signal. However, tuning the signal into baseband or intermediate frequency is not required in all cases.
